- 5+ years’ experience in media sales management.
Job Duties included but not limited to:
- Recruit, train and lead a team of talented professionals to achieve strategic goals.
- Work closely with clients to build and maintain successful partnerships.
- Organize and execute major events that bring the community together.
- Foster a culture of collaboration, learning, and success across the organization.
- Compile budgets, marketing and strategic planning for all stations with an emphasis on improving profitability ratings, revenue, and controlling expenses.
- Responsible for overall financial performance of the market and current projections of revenue and expenses.
- Active in a direct sales role by handling multiple client accounts (direct and agency based).
- Be a pillar in the community and brand ambassador for the company.
- Develop new revenue streams.
